Maternity Photography celebrates the beauty of the female form in pregnancy and the love parents have for their child even before birth. Pair with a Newborn Package to capture every tiny detail of your precious baby.
I offer a unique two-part newborn photography session to ensure a comfortable, relaxing experience for mom and baby. Within 10-12 days of birth, I host the first photo session in my studio so parents don’t have to spend time cleaning or organizing their home for photos. Parents are invited to rest on the couch and eat a provided lunch while I pose and swaddle the baby. Mothers are always grateful for a break while I get baby to sleep, only handing the baby over if they’re rooting.
When the baby arrives you and Marcie will schedule a newborn session
in her Atlanta studio. This session will come complete with access to the client closet, light snacks, newborn portraits, and a family session. Marcie offers beautiful flowy gowns for mom, complimentary options for siblings, and suggestions for how dad can come dressed to match the family. These sessions usually take about 1.5 hours and included all of the images in your gallery, plus a professional signature book with your images printed in it. We usually schedule the session when the baby is around 14 days old.

The style of my newborn posed shots is timeless and simple. I use all white or cream wraps and backdrops.
This highlights the simplicity of a newborn, and creates images that will withstand the test of time. I capture the baby as a whole, as well as every little detail that makes them special. You’ll get both detailed macro shots as well as photos of the whole baby. It creates the perfect memory of this fleeting time.
