Once we have taken the pictures of the athletes we offer parents a completely online experience. They will see the proof of their images in a password protected online gallery. They will place their order within 14 days and then within I week their products will be delivered. Their gallery will have 3-5 images of their child. Parents will receive a link to a detailed website with ordering instructions as well as a quick video on how to access the gallery. We will handle all the questions from parents that they may have about ordering their photos. We are happy to work with your team and meet custom requests they may have.

As a former elementary teacher, and parent of two athletes, I love working with schools and sports teams as an addition to my portrait and photography education business. What I can offer you with volume photography is a very organized and seamless process. I know what it looks like from the school and parents side of things and understand just how busy you are. I understand how to communicate with parents and work with the children to bring out the very best in them but most importantly make them feel comfortable in front of my camera. Your team will have pictures back within 7 days to start ordering. No one buys a picture until they see it first.
